Good Morning everyone!
Firstly sorry for not posting my progress yesterday but I felt it was a bit of a non-post because I maintained again. I am glad I didn’t put on because I went to Whitby for a treat at the weekend and had all the foodie treats because we haven’t been in a few years and it was just a lovely day.

So I guess considering the calorific foods I ate, maintaining is a good thing. Next week though I am hoping I can get a loss and hopefully kick start my weight loss again.
However, its not all about weight loss. I feel healthy, have upped my resistance levels on the exercise machines at the gym and feel prettier and more confident than I ever have before. It’s not all about the number on the scales, its how you feel in yourself, and I feel pretty damn awesome right now! Let me know how your week has been in the comments!
